VideoMy

by the numbers
the brief

VideoMy is a Melbourne-based software platform that enables organisations to create, manage, and scale employee-generated video content for employer branding, recruitment, and internal communications.

We were engaged to rebuild and migrate their website to Webflow, improving performance, flexibility, and alignment with their evolving product and brand. We also created a suite of 30 animated videos for the website.

The website needed to:

  • Clearly communicate a multi-feature SaaS product
  • Balance product depth with simplicity and clarity
  • Support ongoing marketing experimentation and iteration
  • Migrate from an existing setup without disrupting growth

At the same time, the site needed to feel modern, fast, and product-led.

the Process

1. Rebuilding the site for flexibility

We migrated the site into Webflow to give the VideoMy team full control over content and growth.

This allowed for:

  • Rapid iteration of landing pages and campaigns
  • Modular CMS-driven content
  • Reduced reliance on developers for updates

2. Structuring a complex product story

VideoMy’s platform spans multiple use cases, from employer branding to internal comms.

We simplified this by:

  • Breaking the product into clear, digestible components (plan, collect, share, measure)
  • Highlighting outcomes rather than features
  • Creating logical flows between product, use cases, and proof points

This aligns with how the platform works, turning employee stories into scalable content across channels.

3. Designing for product-led storytelling

The design leans heavily on:

  • Clear sections and strong hierarchy
  • Visual cues that reinforce product functionality
  • Strategic use of motion and layout to guide understanding

Rather than overwhelming users with features, the site progressively reveals value.

4. Performance and scalability

Given the importance of video content, performance was critical.

We ensured:

  • Fast-loading pages and optimised assets
  • Clean, scalable component structure
  • A foundation that supports future integrations and experimentation
